Crossgrade from Analog Factory SE (Novation Bundle)

Has anyone had any problems registering or upgrading a copy of Analog Factory SE that came with a Novation product?  The Arturia store says that the promotion code that came with my keyboard is invalid.

Just curious, what is the cost of the crossgrade?  Since my code doesn't work, I can't get to the purchase page to see the price.

Yes, I have recently bought the Novation SL 37 and can't seem to register the  Analog Factory SE with the serial number on my card.
I also can't find anywhere on the site that gives me options to upgrade from my SE to Full version (and get 40% off).
Anyone help?

Just found this type of novation bundle offer too.

What is the difference between AF SE in novation bundles and a full AF 2 product?

If there is any difference, can I upgrade and how much is that?

Analog Factory SE is limited to 200 presets, instead of 3,500 for "full" version.
