I keep getting error saying device not found not found. I installed it but never ask me for a code or anything I did the update and even tried to install it again but says that there is nothing to install. don't no what to do.thanks

what is it written in your synchosoft license control center?

I have the same problem. The license control center says that there is no device found. But the key is plugged in. I use OSX 10.4.
Whats the problem here?
