I would like to see a virtual Pipe Organ with 4 or 5 Ranks (" manual keyboards")
It could be multi timbrael 5 channels of midi with  pipes, whisles, reeds, cornet, etcetera
but have the stereo imaging and amplitude growl of real pipes in an ambient space...and maybe carrillon for bells
maybe some hall and cathedral verbs with a nearer/further distance algorythm

remember....the pipe organ was a physical approach to synthesising flutes, voices, brass, reeds, predating the 1600's...

Oberheim Matrix 12
more modulars - Buchla 200, Polyfusion, Aries, Serge, etc.
vintage digital? - Con Brio
PPG - the PPG software form Waldorf is lacking a lot, like the mod routings it should have had and the waveterm.

Regarding the MS20 - it's not nesessary, as Korg themselves have already done it, with a hardware controller as well.

I did an A/B comparison between that and my original MS20, which I posted on one of the Korg newsgroups. I can send that to anyone interested if you want to PM me.

I sold my original MS20, BTW, and kept the virtual one.

Hi,

I would like to see an emulation of the Solina String Ensemble (Eminent / ARP) I'm fond of it
...or Sonina String Synthesizer (which seems more powerful :-) )

Another great keyboard is the ELKA SYNTHEX    :)

Teuf

Agreed the MS20 is covered, I'd just like to see it included. The Virtual String Machine is going to answer our prayers in the string/pad dept 8).

Yes Pip, but this software require a computer, isn't it ? ...
I thought this thread turned around the ORIGIN (a hardware concept)  :)

What I wanted to say is I wish to see new modules in the ORIGIN able to reproduce the Solina sounds (often use in first Jean Michel Jarre albums)

Quote
The EMINENT Solina Strin Ensemble is THE typical sound of Jarre :

There also some interestings demo of the EMINENT on YOUTUBE :-)

Teuf agreed - but pretty much everything is coverd in software these days - see above coments on my MS20 suggestion! None the less the Eminent sounds on the VSM are totally JMJ, so I'll be in for the VSM as well.

Anyway - I just wish we could get a release date for Origin

Yup - Waldorf synths would be great - how about an OSCar now that's a great sounding synth.
