When is the much needed update coming?

When is the update coming?? it's terrible that I can't use more then 1 instance due to the crackling noises! This problem has been know for 5 months!

Hmmm... I sure hope they fix the Prophet before they release the Jupiter. This delay is really unacceptable.

i will have an interview with several music&production magazines in april (because of my album releases) and if there s no update i will uninstall the software.
i can't show something what is not really working on my system...

I'm really getting pissed off now.. I feel ripped.. I have a badly functioning product. can't use it for 7 months now.. this is terrible!

Please Arturia.. just give me my money back.. you can't sell a faulty product, and do nothing about it..

You guys should've delayed the release of  Jupiter & the hardware unit.. and instead fix known problems.. still no SX4 support, still the problem with the dual G5's, badly imported/sounding patches due to the highpass filter being set wrong in the VS.. and probably forgetting much more..

If you don't have the resources for projects like the origin, don't do it. you just forget about existing customers.. which is sad..
