MiniMg V problem in Pro Tools LE 7.3 (Win) (as plugin)

hi all,
whenever i load the miniMg v plugin as a multichannel instrument on a track, and click "open" in the Mg interface to access the effects, pro tools crashes with the following error message..

"A fatal exception occurred.
Pro Tools must exit."

does anyone know how to solve this? thanks in advance,

nevermind... installing the 1.6 update removed the problem!
