Arturia Analog Player Activation Code In Use

hey, i just bought an analog player, and i was excited to start playing around with it. i went to the website, signed up, and entered my activation code. much to my distain, it says that the code is already activated. i tried again to the same outcome... i bought this new, and dont understand how this could be. Please help! thanks.
