Probable bug on MIDI CC 122 (Local ON/OFF) management
« on: January 22, 2014, 04:54:55 pm »
I experienced a probable bug on MIDI CC 122 (Local ON/OFF) management.
I mapped the CC 122 over a push button of the BCF2000, sending consecutively values 0 and 127 at each press.
Playing with this CC while turning seq on and off, MB resulted in a permanent hold of one note (the last one I pressed on the keyboard) with no chance of stopping it (the held note was suspended each time seq was then set to ON, and triggered again setting seq to off).
The only solution I’ve found was turning off the whole MB from power switch.

Beside this unwanted behavior, I realized that there is no ‘panic’ function for the MB, neither on device surface (which is really sad in situations like this), nor from the Connection software (which I would say is a big lack that – I suppose – should be easy to overcome in a future release).

P.S. Being this my 3rd post in few minutes about bugs, mistakes or wrong behaviors, let me also add that so far I’m really satisfied about everything else that’s working properly and the whole MicroBrute in general!   ;)
