Registration/Serial # Issue

I've been trying to register my Origin Desktop with I just purchased a couple of weeks ago. The registration site asks for an 11 digit serial number. My unit has a paper sticker on the bottom of it with a 13 digit number. Then a metal plate on the front side below the control panel that show the last 6 digits of the 13 on the sticker. I've tried all different configurations and the site will not recognize the numbers on my unit.

I'm assuming that the only way to get a manual and/or software is by registering (it did not come with either).

Any suggestions?

You don't need to register your Origin for download update,patch manuel; the site for register Origin is broken, but it's not a problem for the maintenance.
