Hello - I bought V collection online this Monday, January 13, 2014, and received notification from PayPal that the payment went through, and got an email from Arturia giving me an invoice number for the purchase, and it indicated that I would receive links in 1-12 hours.

It has now been a couple of days, and still no download links or activation codes or serial numbers or anything like that.

I opened up a ticket (actually 2, because I forgot to have a subject line in the first, and resent, and it opened up a second ticket - sorry).

PLEASE please please help me get this resolved.  I do not want to end up disputing the purchase, and am HAPPY to have the opportunity to pick up this collection of synths for such a good price.

I will actively monitor my associated email account today, in hopes of receiving the information to complete my download and activation of the V Collection purchase.

Here is a snippet from the email from Arturia, showing the purchase:

Products
------------------------------------------------------
1 x V-Collection 3.0 - Download (No Pack) (220401_Down) = $199.00
------------------------------------------------------
Sub-Total: $199.00
Total: $199.00

The invoice number for this purchase is 91399, and the email address for the purchase is the same as my associated email for this forum account.

Thanks for getting this fixed as quickly as possible, so I can begin recommending your products in other forums I frequently participate in.

I may be a big dummy.  I just double-checked the invoice number I sent in the ticket I opened up, and I had supplied the wrong invoice number in the ticket.  The invoice number I put in my first post here in the forum is the correct one - 91339.

I don't know if I should open a new ticket, or rely on this forum post to get this resolved, and am open to suggestions as to what to do to expedite obtaining download links and activation codes or serial numbers or whatever is needed to be able to complete this purchase and start using the software.

WOW!!!!

This post has not even been approved yet, but Jerome has already responded to my erroneous ticket with the needed download links and activation information.

THANKS SOOOOOOO MUCH.

I am off to spend about a week playing with new presets, and cheerfully recommending Arturia products to other musicians I know.

Hi Bob... I have exactly the same problem here and I hope you will read this. Who is Jerome? I mean... where do you get your support and what do you mean with sended ticket? All I can find is the technical support for related products, but my V-Collection 3 is not registered yet because I get the same mail as you without the download links. Thanks... and please excuse my "not so good" English!

Please send a message to the smart colleagues at the Sales Department <sales-inquiry@arturia.com>, they should be able to handle this

Thanks for the quick response, David. I have done that yesterday and now I'm waiting. I'm glad to hear that there is a solution for my Problem. I was a bit afraid, because it was the first time I paid for a download and could not directly get the content.

Had the same problem and just got a reply. Just one thing...Why all your sales-inquiry e-mails are always reported as spam by Gmail??

Hi Foka,

Spam is always a vast issue, for many a company. Concerning ours, Spam maybe linked to many different points :

Some emails are builts with infos that scores high, in an anti-spam point of view
Some servers are sending emails in a quite efficient way, but it can been percieved as "hand-crafted" but not wrong enough to be banned.

What is important, is to know that every detail, every communication problem is taken into account, and the way we communicate with you is currently under heavy work. So we should be able to get rid of these in weeks to come. It maybe not visible yet, but we are really concerned by the spam problem.

Hope this answers to your question.

Hi Foka...

glad to hear that the Problem could be solved. How long did you have to wait to get the reply from the Sales Inquiry team? I got a confirmation mail from the Sales Inquiry team with a link in which I can check the status of my message, but unfortunately the link is broken  :( . After two days of waiting and checking my emails hour after hour I really get mad here.

Everything is fine now... almost everything. I got my V-Collection 3 and I am really, really happy with it... every plugin sounds great  ;D . The only problem I have is that there is something broken with the e-license of the Spark VE. Sometimes, and until now I can't figure out when and why, the Spark VE switches off to demo mode and asks for the e-licence. Any suggestions?

Hi all, I'm having the same issue, I ordered without registering an account.

Order Number: 92675

Do all orders get manually processed or something? I would have thought it to be instant delivery.

--EDIT

I checked my spam folder on my account and the serials etc. had arrived.

But guess what, now when I 'add' the serial and Activation code to my account, it tells me the serial namber has already been recorded on the database.

So I guess I've got to make a new thread for a technically different issue.

This is me too. I made a tech support ticket before I read this thread, so I sent an email to the sales team as per Dav1d's post (and referenced the other ticket).  I guess there has been a sudden rush of Cubase users taking advantage of the recent deal. I'm a bit sad I won't get to play with my new plug ins just yet (I have a rare bit of free time right now), but it looks like Arturia are getting getting the problem resolved and as long as that happens I'm good :)

I am in the same boat as others in this thread. I purchased the V Collection on March 2. Paypal account was charged promptly but I've received no contact with the download link as of today. I sent two emails to Arturia's sales email address requesting help, but nothing yet. Logging on here in hopes that someone from Arturia can help me as done for others. I REALLY want to start using these synth emulators and it's frustrating to still be waiting  :)!

Update: 14 March. Got my download link (thank you Dav1d!!), installed and activated the software with no problems. Drowning in seas of new timbres and loving it. Thank you Arturia.
