I get this error when I input my serial number and my license code:
This license number(XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) is already recorded in our database.
If you think this message is an error, please refer to our technical support team.
And there is no way to put in a request for technical support before registering. I have emailed the one place I found, which is the webmaster hoping he will point me in the right direction, but I have yet to receive a reply and no way to know if Arturia even got my email.
My friend bought me this as a gift over a week ago, and without registering it, there isnt anything I can do with it at all, and with no technical support around this very small problem is endlessly frustrating.
