Bought V Collection but no acknowledgement

I bought the V Collection on Christmas day and have had no acknowledgement of my purchase in the form of a download link. The support contact form does not work, emails have not been answered and Facebook message is also unanswered. The link in the email confirming payment to my account said that I had not purchased anything.

I am downloading the V Collection as I type.
It seems the Arturia team have been experiencing some difficult email issues.
It is probably best to leave it at that and hope that things will improve from now on.

Sorry to "hijack" this post but;

I have looked everywhere for how much space this collection takes up on my Harddrive. I only see the CPU / Memory requirements.

Can you please help me since you installed it?

Question: How much HDD space does it take to install the complete pack?

this is not the same between PC and MAC.
MAC : 1.9Gb
PC: 1.5Gb

Actually I never got the email that was sent to me - you were apparently having problems there. I got the info via a message on Facebook. I must admit that I must have missed the PM, or else I misunderstood the intention. Everything is now installed and I am really enjoying the synths. Especially the Oberheim SEM.
In fact I did have an issue with the registration. For some reason the virtual dongle was not liked by my computer. It kept sticking at various points and then I had multiple pages - registered and then the registration was not recognised. Luckily I had an old IK Amplitude dongle that I have not used for a while, yes that old! Downloaded the code and it worked straight away.
