I am wondering about an odd tracking issue

So I have the Minibrute hooked up to the micro brute and my modular. I am noticing that when I transpose the micro up a fith (by pressing the lowest G) the pitch will be off by -24 cents. yet if I play the keys up to G the tuning is relatively stable (very stable for an analog). so the transpose is what is causing it to go out of tune. (also if I transpose it up a fith and then set my tuning using the fine tune knob, it will track pitch very stable) granted I haven't red the manual yet. (I am off to go and do that now. to see if this is a calibration issue that can be fixed) but I just thought I would post in here real quick
btw I love this thing. Great work!

No sure I understood you issue. can give more details one the connections you used, which one is pitch source?
how do you measure the 24cents error?

I was using a guitar tuner but it seems to have resolved itself. Not sure why it was doing it. I think it may have been a midi loop issue. so far all is working well.
