GUI responsiveness
« on: November 03, 2013, 05:08:09 pm »
Hi,

Anyone else experiencing lag in GUI responsiveness? Compared to other plugins the SEM feels like I'm playing a synth over a slow Internet connection...

Hi

this is quite strange,
Could you precise your os, format (vst, vst3, AU) and DAW (cubase) and the versions for those;

We have experienced some different behaviours between DAWs.

Do you have the same feeling with the standalone?

I'll check version 1.2 tomorrow.

Here's my setup:

iMac i7 2,93Ghz, 12Gb RAM, OSX 10.9, Ableton Live 9.0.6 and 9.1b26.

Standalone or in DAW doesn't matter.

Hello

I'm sorry about the lock ups,
If you can send me screencast that would be awesome. Also I'm working on an updated AU wrapper that would improve performances, see on the forum.
It is a pre release version., not working on live yet.

Im sorry to say I got similar issues when running the SEM V in Studio One 2 on my Macbook Pro Retina Early 2012, 16GB RAM.

Please let me know how to proceed in order to support a resolution in this matter.

F.

It has been working perfect in Sonar X3 Producer, and the standalone is working great as well.
