sparkLE crash

when trying to  loading a kit, proj or instruments, sparkle crash.
 
does not matter if it's in standalone (1.7.1). or as an au Plugin in NI maschine.

is it occurring with all the projects?
Can you give me the exact step by step way to reproduce this?

yes , when I press the proj kit or instr button on midi Controller (same if i do it in the program ,center panel ) .

it is possible to load a project from the bottom panel.

difficult to recreate, I start the program., and begin by loading a kit. a few seconds later  sparkle crash and a message says" program quit unexpectedly".

Same problem here with Ableton Live 8 on both of my Macbook Pro (2012) and Macbook Air (2012), now upgradet to Live9 but it still the same crashes. They happen every time I open a new project in the library. Ableton crashes directly afterwards but the new project is created then. I can save it but as soon as I create another project, it crashes again and again...
