Keylab 61 knob's value is only at 63-65

I just recently bought a keylab 61 from Guitar Center and it's pretty great. Although, the knobs value is only at 63 through 65 so it doesn't go to 0-127. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

P.S. Also there are times when the keyboard randomly goes into EDIT mode? Weird.

Hello Noelangeloc,

Try pressing the up and down octave buttons while turning the keyboard on to reset it to factory settings.

Sometimes this is needed after updating firmware.
