I purchased the V-Collection 3 download version. I was not given the option to download at the time of purchase, nor have I received an email with links, authorization, or registration codes. My receipt number is: 1466-3758-7814-9286.
I checked my JUNK mail folder but there were no authorization or registration codes, links, etc. there either.
I see from the forums I’m not the only one to have this problem. I have emailed everyone and everything on the Arturia Contact page, but I haven't heard from anyone. I also emailed: sales-inquiry@arturia.com.
So far no response. Does anyone now the specific person and department to contact to resolve this?
