Octave Button Stuck down?

Hey everyone, hopefully someone can help with my problem.

All of a sudden my Analog Factory 32's - octave button seems to be stuck down.
The LED flashes rapidly like it is on the lowest octave setting and will not change when I press the octave + button.

Does anyone know how to fix this, or have a similar problem with a solution?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

you can try to reset the keyboard by clicking on '+' and '-' at the same time and Power up.

I tried the holding down the + and - buttons and powering up solution to fix the same problem and it didn't work.  Is there anything else I can do or do I have to take my Analog Factory controller in for service at this point?
