try saving your config anyways in midi control center
then hit the default values button
send it to the keylab61
store it in say memory 01
recall it again
my keylab49 was unresponsive, then acted random on 1.24, right after flashing
restoring default values and then fixing what was "off", (like pad toggling instead of playing notes) made my keylab49 at least usable now
in NI synths and other VSTi, all perfect since i MIDI learn them anyway, my config now only does not move P2 in Analog Lab
Maybe this helps your keylab61 in any way until Arturia figures out how to make flashing fool proof and includes a perfect and recallable memory 00 setting after upgrading
