Keyboard not Found after Upgrade

Hi,

I've upgraded de minilab controller to version 2.10.1. After the upgrade (burn is ok) the keyboard is not recognized anymore even after reconnecting.  I’m receiving the message in MMC “keyboard not found".
When unplugging from USB and reconnect to USB, nothing happens, only when I  press “Shift” while reconnecting  USB (firmware upgrade procedure) the keyboard is recognized and I can upgrade again.

Keyboard worked before the upgraded.

Same problem.

I'm not convinced the Firmware update file was complete ... the website was playing up (redirected to some 3rd-party page) and I had to download by Right-Clicking and Saving Target.

Anyway, keyboard is now useless and there's no obvious way to restore to factory settings.

Hi,
The 3rd party side thing is another error when you try to download something for the Minilab (manuals or software).
When you edit the URL and replace arturia.NET with arturia.COM you can download the files.
But no solution for the "dead" Minilab after an upgrade that is even worse.

Here some update on the problem of “Keynoard not found”:
Device is recognized only when the USB is connected while pressing “Shift” maining in firmware upgrade mode. In this mode USB is perfectly recognized and all device info  for on USB looks OK.
when I unplug device again  and plug it in without pressing the “Shift” key, nothing happens, no USB devices is recognized  on the PC.
Tried upgrade again, and again, no change.
 The question is : how can I change back to “normal” mode instead of Upgrade mode?
Any suggestions?
If it doesn’t work by the ned of the week I ‘ll return the device to the shop and get an IRIG  or M-audio mini keyboard controller. For me not the same story again like the Origin.

Hi,

I've received a new Minilab from Key Music in Belgium. This one I did not upgrade and it works fine.
So my favorite music store helped me out.
Now, I can  start to discover this device further.
