Hi  I am also having problems updating the spark LE  controller to 1.1.2.2

if i select update controller from the drop down menu  it tells me the old version and the new version . i click OK a file download box opens up, but then it just sits there doing nothing

How can we get this update. I have spark LE software 1.6.1.1   but controller is stuck on 1.0.0.0

I was trying to update my sparkle to 1.1.2.2 and had been trying to use the external tool. Everytime I run the sparkle updater it says Sparkle not plugged. I got it finnally to work for a min. it told me to unplug it and plug it back it to continue the update, and I guess it got disconnected in mid-update and now all 8 pads stay lit up no spark or midi mode lit. Wont connect. What happened to it. How do I reset it? WHat do I do??? Is it broken... Its frustrating. Dont understand why it wounldnt update. Janky software.

I launched the SparkLE updater, it asked my to unconnect, connect the controller then started the update and crashed and now I've the exact same problem as James P! All 8 pads stay lit up, don't connect to Spark software (1.6.1.1) nor the SparkLE updater!!!

I run Windows 7 64 bits and I tried all my USB port.

Please help, my Spark LE is brand new, I just started using it

We might have to bring back the unit here to analyse the problem.
But first, do you have access to another computer to try the updater?

Hi zdar,

If you could retry on a Mac it should work. This is a Windows specific problem. I'm almost done with the fixed version of the updater which should be ready very soon.
