Not received my activation key

Not received my activation key when I registered my device with serial key. Even in the confirmation email you send you guys, I just received my own serial and no activation key. Please I'm really looking forward to playing my Arturia The Lab49 and with all this complication it was just an ornament in my studio. Please help me out!!

Same problem.  Their authorization server is probably down or something.  Really annoying.
