Brand new SparkLE: Pad 3 MUCH less sensitive than the rest

I just unpacked my SparkLE, but have found Pad 3 to be much less sensitive than the others - it just randomly triggers with no pressure sensitivity. All the others are fine, with great feel and gradual variation when played.

Is this a warranty issue, or can the sensitivities be adjusted?

The spark midi control application has a pad calibration feature, I don't have the SparkLE, but I expect it will act similarly to the SparkCDM.

Nope! Spark LE has not that feature, only Store & Reset, nothing about calibration.
