website won't complete registration, server times out

Looking to register a product and I enter the serial and unlock code, the final page in the process comes up and when I hit "submit" nothing happens until eventually I get a message saying the server is not responding.

Hello Thomas,

Have you solved this issue yet?
It could be due to a firewall you have installed or an issue with the browser.
My advise would be to disable any firewall you have while logging in.  And to try a different internet browser.
