How to register imini?

How do I register imini? Can't find a serial number. Also raised this on facebook page

There is no way to register the iMini on our site.

Hello,

stated that it is not possible to register iMini on your site, how we can issue a support request?
Can you please explain us the technical support policy provided for iMini?

OK, the last question remains unanswered for 18 days...  ???
Is there any hope that we can be able to open a support ticket for iMini?
There seem to be no answers or follow-ups on the forum for most of the user questions... :-\

Hi all. In the Arturia web page, if you go to Home - Community - My account - My registered products - Add, you can see a combo with all products to choose for register, you have there the iMini to select but THERE IS NO WAY TO GET THE SERIAL NUMBER!! Please Arturia, be serious, I paid for the iMini and I am registered as a forum and a community user, so, if the iMini doesn't have serial, so IT MUST NOT BE MANDATORY FOR REGISTER THE APP or you may add any other prod ID.

FWIW... I have received excellent support for an iMini issue.

I just filled out the support form and put "iOS Version" in the Serial Number field, and the Build Number in the Version field.

I am having an issue with the mod wheel not working.  Arturia has been very responsive in working with me on the issue.

It would be nice if all my Arturia apps showed up with the workstation software in my products page though... Not sure if it is even possible to assign serial numbers to mobile apps...
