2nd Hand Spark Creative Registration

Hi there...I'm hoping someone can help me. I recently bought Spark off ebay and as it's second hand, it has already been registered with the original owner. I've had it since before Christmas and sent a support request in on the 3rd January to register it in my name along with all my other Arturi VST's but noone is helping me. I still have 2 open tickets. I have a reply asking for a photo of the serial number / unlock code which I sent but then I've heard nothing again. It's SO frustrating. is anyone here able to help or nidge someone who can? I desperately want to use it and upgrade it to the new version, but I can't  .

I also have a "NEW" eBay purchase that is NOT allowing me to register my Spark. 

Could I get some help Rebecca?  I would be happy to start a case if you would like.
