Why no Spark VDM update for V Collection users?

This is pretty infuriating. I'm not interested in the Dubstep kits, but things like Choke groups seem like things that should already be in there. Is there an update coming for V Collection owners? If not, why not?

I second this! It would be great to see a Spark VDM update that follows the Spark 1.5 update from a few months ago.
