note on/keyprcess: option to start with sample A INSTEAD of the next sample in the round robin chain (or Sample B, C... (perhaps) but this is just nice to have and maybe over complicated)
because the round robin in granular mode is such a cool effect but can be difficult to use when you effectively get a random sample when you next play a note
