Can I politely point out that this is not official Arturia support. It just users who like to help others. Whether looking for unofficial help here or logging a support call with Arturia, you are going to need to give a lot more information. For example:

Was the new version of Pigments working in Logic before you upgraded Logic?
What if any error message do you get?
Does it crash on loading?
Does it work in standalone?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Pigment via the ASC?

You're not the only one with this issue, Mathias. I came to this post through a Google search, after trying to problem-solve the issue myself.

As a temporary fix I restored logic 10.7.7 from a backup, this is working for Arturia Pigments. But Looks like Orchestral tools Sine Player is now broken in both Logic versions.
Seems like the AU plugins are not as stable as the VST counterparts.
On a side note:
I would be nice if Apple improved AU-plugin stability and plugin sandboxing like Bitwig and other DAW developer do. The amount of AU crashes and bugged tracks is super annoying, the more, because finding the bug is often really difficult. Only to be able to reopen songs bij uninstalling plugins. It looks like the crash recovery of Logic Pro is often producing faulting data that blocks some plugin's from loading their config without crashing again. (did not have this issue with Arturia plugins)

Here is a more permanent solution provided by the Arturia Helpdesk:
1- Quit Logic Pro X if it is running.
2- In the Finder, choose "Go to Folder" from the Go menu.
3- Type ~/Library/Preferences in the field and click Go.
4- Remove the following files from the Preferences folder:

com.apple.logic.pro.cs
com.apple.logic10.LSSharedFileList
com.apple.logic10.plist

- Note that if you've programmed any custom key commands, this will reset them to the defaults. You might want to export your custom key commands before performing this step. Learn how to Browse, import, and save key commands.
5- If you upgraded from an earlier version of Logic Pro, also remove the "com.apple.logic.pro" file.
6- Then restart the computer.

Well I'll be damned, this actually worked in this situation. Rebooting the machine was not necessary.
