Hi,

In short, if I create a custom local template in MIDI Control Center and store it in SparkLE Device Memories - it vanishes and the unit reverts to factory MIDI settings after shutting down the unit.

Is that normal behavior of the SparkLE unit?  ???

Any idea?

No customer support reply for days, have I missed something???

Maybe some new trends are taking over their customer support?

Doh.

My bad, Arturia support actually replied 2 days after my initial support, request, but to my old email. Thanks a lot!

Btw, for other in the same situation with SrarkLE, they confirmed the following:

"the controller doesn't have any dedicated device memories"

So, after powering off and on the unit, you must always switch it back again to "Midi Mode" and drag the dedicated "Local template" on the "Working memory" through the Midi Control Center.

Kudos to Arturia Support!  ;D
