Beatstep not saving configuration after power off
« on: January 20, 2023, 08:44:21 pm »
Hi everyone,

Say does anyone know if my Beatstep should be saving my MCC configuration after a power off. It definitely is being saved to the device (tested by saving, restarting MCC and "Recalling From") at config creation but when unplugging it and repowering it the configs are reset.

Thanks,
Spenser

In case anyone in the future has a similar problem, changes that one wishes to persist in the device configuration must be synced/stored to one of the discrete device configuration slot. The Working Memory slot is the currently restored configuration and is not mapped to the currently loaded configuration. In hindsight, this seems obvious but was not the behavior I'd been expecting.

Good luck all!
