I'm crying out into the void here because I can't get a response from Arturia over the past 5 days.
I ordered the Wavelengths bundle (pigments presets) on Jan 1 and license status is showing as pending on the orders website. I got an email right afterwards from Arturia saying they were having some technical difficulties and would email me the serial within 2 business days. 4 days went by and I got nothing, so I put in a ticket with sales and still haven't heard anything.
It's so strange to me to order a digital product and not be able to use it immediately. I've just never had that happen before. I've had a few issues in the past with Arturia products and have gotten very prompt replies, so the radio silence is unexpected as well.
Anyone else having the same issue?
