What about AAX for Apple Silicon!? I know its a "niche" format and no one in France has heard of this unpopular  DAW called Protools. But some of us have been using it professionaly for about 3 decades  ::)

Hello,

If Arturia support M1 ARM, then i also assume they support the AAX versions that also support M1 ARM - from AAX version 2.4.1 i think. I don't see Arturia say otherwise.

They don't! Except for the new LX24 Reverb. The virtual instruments got updated to support AAX on Apple Silicon about a month ago but the FX did not.

Oh yes i can see that in the instruments release notes. In that case i assume the next FX update will provide. But only Arturia know.
Arturia should inform AAX is'nt ready. Have you seen such info?

I'd like to second this, I'm surprised Arturia is taking so long to provide apple silicon AAX support for the fx collection. For me, these are the only plugins I use that are keeping me running Pro Tools under Rosetta 2 as everything else has been updated. (at least everything I use)

Artuira, any word on when Pro Tools users can expect an update?

I check my ASC very often hoping that the AAX silicon Native update is ready. I hope it's very soon that they release the update.

I've found the latest Pro Tools version 2023.3 to be quite buggy using Rosetta mode. A lot of 3rd party plugins acting weird and strange crashes.

One temporary solution is BC Patchworks (if you have) when running M1. All the plugins I've tested have been running great.

I haven't had any issues in my workflow with 2023.3 in Rosetta personally, but all the same have opted to just take the Arturia plugins out of my mix template for now so I can take advantage of running PT natively. Except the new reverb, thankfully that runs natively. It sounds fantastic!

It seems  that fx collection 3 will not get aax silicon native support update as fx collection 4 is due in a couple of months as their release history shows. So most likely version 4 will get the aax silicon native update. :(
