I bought Storm last month but I can't use it because I can't register it.

I do have the same problem. I installed it on my new Mac but I have to use the offline registration. Up to now, I did not get any answer and I already mailed three times...
As you've been waiting for a month, I am quite sure that nothing will happen at all...

Just last week they emailed me the reg. number.
Put it in today. SO I CAN USE IT !!!  :D

Went through the tutorial and really liked some features like the note changer (can't remember what its called now). I will be using it for chords in my music for sure.
...So yes you'll get you're code too ...eventually.
I think they outsourse their support :(

Well, it is actually great to read that you did at least receive your key!
I like Storm 3, too and I used it in earlier times intensively on my PC together with Reason 3. This is in my opinion the perfect combination, but at the moment, one component is missing :cry:
