I'm using a Drumbrute Impact as master clock, connected to my Minifreak via 3.5mm TRS mini clock jack.
I'd like to add a Roland JX-08 into the chain.  Can I just run another mini TRS cable from the Minifreak Clock Out jack into the JX-08?

Both the JX-08 and Minifreak would then slave off the Drumbrute's clock.  That's the goal.

Hello jkipcount
Yes you can do that and the sync will follow.
Set the drum brute to 24PPQ, send it to minifreak clock input, set the minifreak's clock input as 24 PPQ Utility/Sync.
Then send the clock out in 24 PPQ from minifreak  and make sure the Roland JX-08 is set on the same clock.
