I recently bought a Keylab essentials 61, however when i plugged the controller on my pc (for the first time), everything seemed to be alright, but later (after instaling the firmware etc.) the top left pad, was not glowing when i pressed it, but when i downloaded the firmware again, it solved the problem, but a few minutes later the pad gave the same problem. But, the pad turns on when the keylab goes on "stand by" mode, and it sends a MIDI signal, but i cant change the Mapping of my controller because it doesnt recognize the pad touch.
