As a result, the KSP features one channel that can be used exclusively for drum gates and has eight separate cv outs for it. These gates can all be sequenced separately. They can be used for pattern chaining, randomization, and other wacky things that the ksp performs because they are sequences. Is there a significant benefit to using a clock divider over this arrangement other than the fact that it takes a little bit of time to sequence different divisions rather than simply plugging a cable in and starting? I'm not losing anything in terms of KSP functionality because I don't own a drum module and don't have any plans to purchase a eurorack one.
