Spark 2 registered but won't activate using ASC

Have been a longtime Arturia user for 10 years now going back to V collection 3 and SparkLE.  All of my products are on the ASC and Spark 2 is registered there as well.  Yet when I wanted to activate Spark 2 again on a newer HD (Mac 10.11.6) using ASC it wouldn't activate though ASC(Version 2.4.0.1764) shows Spark as activated. Hitting activate brings up the ASC app but it seems like Spark isn't communicating with ASC.  Retry does nothing and all I can do is run it in Demo mode which is not helpful.  Spark2 (2.4.0) is the version for Mac OS 10 as I can't use an OS beyond EL Capitain. ASC will not let me do an Offline registration either.  I sent an email to Arturia  but after a week and a half no replies from them at all.  Look I'm not asking for them to update or upgrade or pay anyone to do anything to Spark2. I realize Arturia is past Spark2 with support but no reply from anyone there is just shameful. All I ask for is some help activating Spark 2 on my computer which is already bought and PAID FOR.

Any help in the matter would be appreciated.

Hi,

Have you checked your spam folder? Ususally Arturia support respond within 24 hours unless it's weekend or holliday.
I think i have read a post like yours before in the forums. Keep in mind this forums is'nt Arturia support.

ASC 2.4 require OS 10.13+. Perhaps that's your issue.
Try download and install ASC version 2.3 instead. It's for OS 10.10+ or perhaps version 2.1 if the OS 10.10+ for version 2.3 is a typo. Uninstall ASC 2.4 completely first.
Hopefully ASC will not update it self to version 2.4, when it's not for your OS.

Thank you for responding very much appreciated.  I checked my junk bin yes and have been waiting 2 weeks for any reply....nothing. Today I sent them another inquiry. I trashed ASC and installed the older version 2.1 but each time I install it automatically updates back to 2.4.   

How do you uninstall ASC 2.4 completely and then install 2.1 without it updating to 2.4?  I must be missing something there.

As i wrote, then i hoped ASC would not update.
If a ASC version can't run on your OS, then i would say, it should'nt update, but i don't know. I can't do more than this.

I have tried the uninstall but still it auto updates to the newest version of ASC when installing ANY version.  I did get the ASC to do an offline activation but Spark still won't run even though it says it's Activated in the ASC.  What's worse is that ALL MY SUPPORT INQUIRES have gone unanswered and ignored by Arturia.  It's really tough to be treated this way from a company that you are a customer of for so many years.  So frustrating.....and I work in musical instrument sales ......selling your products Arturia!!!!!!
