I can't verify Pigments because the Arturia servers seem to b down and when I try to verify 'off-line' I don't get a verification email....It seems quite a common problem. Do they get round to it in the end only I am impressed by the demo but all the same....anyone?

I'd recommend to keep trying. Usually when it's down it will be back up very quickly. However sometimes it's not really down, it's oversubscribed with too many people trying to access it at once.

Please help! Im getting a 'User Blocked' - Unable to Log In. My email is blocked! I can contact support even!! From reading this thread I see that it was highly likely that my original authorization email was sent to Junk Folder and as hence been deleted. Ive been using Pigments for a long time and it recently stopped working. What can I do? Is there an international phone number for support?
