dead key step pro
« on: January 08, 2022, 03:37:31 pm »
My Keystep pro has just died.

I have kesystep pro for 18 months, its not had hard prolonged use, its not been moved since I first set it up.

It just switched off mid use and is completely dead. All my cables and power units are fine. All my other gear is fine too.

Has anyone had similar problem?

are you sure it is "completelly dead"?the same happened to me 1 year ago.
make sure you are using the power adapter and not the usb for power .then try to re install the firmware from midi control center.it worked for me and since then it is working fine.good luck
