I sent in a trouble ticket, but just in case… I plug a guitar in and use the instrument button, sounds great. I plug a line in from a preamp, or a mic into one the the xlrs and get no sound.
Mics are good, cables are good. All lights on the front of the unit showing as normal. Mic appears to be working visually, gain LEDs light up normally.
With the guitar in I get all the lights in the software, speakers, headphones, master, etc
With the mic in or line in from the pre, I only get the single channel light showing gain in the software. It’s not routing anywhere properly??
It just doesn’t make any sense… Thoughts? Thanks!
