Keystep Playing a Sequence I can't delete
« on: December 29, 2021, 05:41:03 pm »
Hi i'm new to Keystep Pro. Ive deleted all my sequences yet when I push PLAY it plays a sequence into my 2 roland boutiques. Even if I mute the track it spits out the same garbage. Ive done a factory reset and no change. If I record something I get this same garbage over the top. Thoughts/Suggestions?

It's most probably the Boutique's internal sequencers responding to the midi start/clock. You need to make a single step long sequence that contains only a rest on each boutique and save it to whatever pattern loads by default - that's what I've done anyway with my sh-01a and JU-06a.

It's annoying that roland didnt bother to properly implement sync or even bother to fix the quirks on them.
