GRAND PIANO MODEL D CODE IS NOT ON MY ACCOUNT AFTER REGISTRATION

I registered my Arturia Keylab 61 and everything is working fine but in my account on Additional Licenses I only have the license and code for Ableton Live and I dont have the license and code for the UVI Grand Piano Model D. 

 How can I get the license and code for the UVI Grand Piano? If there is a way to get it please let me know, thank you!

Note: It's my first MIDI controller so I ask cause I donīt harve any experience or knowledge. Thanks!

Hi,

If it's the Keylab MK2 controller, then you have got Arturias Piano V and not UVIs Model D. So that could be the explanation.
