PolyBrute sequencer/arp is overridden by cc64

PolyBrute sequencer/arp out to other midi gear and soft synths works great.

However, there is one caveat I am finding.

It does not like cc64 (the cc# associated with sustain pedal / Hold button on the PolyBrute).

When using a sustain pedal or pressing Hold on PolyBrute this sends a cc64 out. Unfortunately this overrides the arp/sequencer pattern and so the result is only the sustained notes played and held together (i.e. no pattern).

Is this an oversight in the PolyBrute seq/arp system? Can it be fixed or highlighted as something that needs fixing?

I would expect Hold/sustain to continuously send out the arp/sequencer pattern when arp/seq is ON.

The hold button transmits whatever the settings resulting in a midi loop

The only solution I could find was to use an external filter to remove it making it useless, but at least it stopped me from selecting a preset that had the hold button on and locking the polybrute up with a midi loop.

Reported months ago and was told they were working on a fix.

When arp/seq is ON, the Hold button does not transmit the arp/seq pattern.

Instead it just transmits the sustained note or chords as if no arp/seq were active.

Even with control change set to off so none of the knobs and switches send midi CC the hold button still transmits creating a loop.
Didn't realise the hold pedal did the same 

Hopefully a fix will come soon.
