Hi all,
I just reinstalled my production computer and wanted to re-download Pigments which I purchased last year. Now when I try to login it says I can't login and that I should check my e-mail for instructions, however no instructions ever arrive there. If I instead try to choose the reset password function it says "User is blocked", and the most brilliant part of all - I'm unable to log a support case with Arturia for this as that requires login.
How do I proceed? It says using the contact form on the website that any attempt at making support requests there will be ignored.
