While I really like Pigments' synth engine I more or less hate its sample implementation. 9 out of 10 times locating samples (once bookmarked) is such a slow and painful process I find that it just winds up being a creativity killer...
From the inability to see content nested in subdirectories to the inability to preview samples without DAW playback (
E.G. if a sample is out of key and needs to be manually re-pitched). Ultimately this feature seems like it was just shoved out the door with no QC..
