Is is possible to trigger Sequence A / B externally?

Is it possible to trigger Sequence A or Sequence B on the MicroFreak from an external MIDI / CV command?

I'd like to be able to sequence say 3 rounds of Sequence A, followed by Sequence B, and have that being set from an external sequencer.
