Just out of interest, is this Arturia forum site actually run by Arturia or is it independently owned and run?

It's run by Arturia, but it's a users' forum. Arturia staff rarely comment except on global/widespread issues rarely individual queries (understandably).

Perhaps an Arturia employee would be kind enough then to comment on what is being done about the global/widespread issue that is the invisible icons in all of the new V collection plugins.
