Arturia V collection & FX as Subscription
« on: December 19, 2020, 01:21:59 am »
Hi everyone,

Since V Collection is growing with more & more instruments beside the FX collection, it's upgrade price
is getting high. due to the increasing demand why not adding a new subscription system plans tailored
for bundles or individual plugins either monthly or annually. TBH purchasing them for one payment costs a lot.

I notice that some of arturia plugins are available on Splice as "rent to own" but not all of them.
Rent to Own also is a good idea.

GOOD GOD NO!!  >:(
Subscription model is evil. I can't believe any consumers would actually WANT this. It's only good for the companies. Makes me sad that any user would actually ask for this.  ::)

No  thanks. If they ever bring out a compulsory subscription model with no option to buy, that's where my interest would end.

I really can't believe the majority of people want a subscription model for any apps, be it Office, Adobe, Roland Cloud, or whatever. I'm pretty sure the majority of us would just rather buy the products outright. Renting apps forever which you never truly own is a model straight from the bowels of hell itself, because basically you can never stop paying.
