Presets disappeared

Latest Analog lab

Updated from software center and ll my presets have gone including facotry ones ?

Was it a Analog Lab 4 version you updated?
Have you checked, if the presets are located in the preset folder?

The presets should not disapear.
You can allways try to re-install Analog Lab through ASC, in case something went wrong during the update.

How do you completely remove arturia
It won't let me remove all files Dll's etc

The security level on this web site is unbearable the letters in the picture and 2 dumb questions for god sake it's safer then my bank account

Please answer my questions, if you wan't me to help you. You don't answer anything.

What do you mean it won't let you?  How do you try to uninstall?
If you uninstall an application, then the .dll should also be removed, unless you have moved the dll from the install path? Do you manually move dlls from install paths, so you have multiple installs?
If you have removed a program so it can't be seen in Windows program manager, then you can remove remaining files manually.
