Author Topic: Installed, registered MMV 1.0 - cannot access 1.5 update (Read 5121 times)

get error - cannot access the page. Tried on Mac/Safari and on Win/I-Explorer.

Also I've registered my MiniMg license number. Have received an email congratulating me on successfull registration.

And it gives me a username and password. Whereabouts on the website do I actually USE this

...apologies if this dumb question - but I've looked and looked - cannot see where to login using this username/passwd. :?

any suggestions or clues please!

This worked fine for me..... sounds like an issue for tech support.

I've just bought this and have exactly the same problems Sundial has - user name and password that I can't see where to use and unable to download 1.5.

Any ideas? It isn't my firewall as I've tried switching that off - no difference. This update page is the ONLY page on the entire internet that I have been to today that wont load!

Update!

Using a link I found in another thread here I went to this location (ftp://ftp.arturia.net/pub/updates/) and then used common sense to find actual update at ftp://ftp.arturia.net/pub/miniMgv/updates/

This is not the same URL as shown on the updates website which might explain why some of us can't download it! :roll:
